Bakery Menu
Kolaches are a time-old pastry made by generations of Czech’s and Slovak’s. The original kolaches were fruit based. Then, after our ancestors moved from the old country, they expanded the kolache into a klobasnek (sausage kolache)…and we are so grateful that they did! We have now expanded the klobasnek into a number of meat-filled kolaches with notables like Sausage and Kraut, The Big Poppa, and our Hot Chubbie with Cheese.
Our bakery counter is filled to the brim with over 35 kolache options to choose from. With a range that spans from our simple, yet delectable cherry, to traditional poppy seed and the rich, complex blueberry cream cheese, we have the perfect kolache for you! We even added a Nutella kolache not too long ago, that has quickly become a fan favorite. Our culinary team is always in a creative mood, so you will have something new to try with every visit!
Rounding out the bakery case, are tempting pies, cookies, cupcakes, buchtas, turnovers and muffins. Don’t forget to take a loaf of our bread home. We offer a dozen varieties of that, too!
