Kolaches are a time old pastry made by generations of Czech’s and Slovak’s. The original kolache was fruit based, then after our ancestors moved from the old country, they expanded the kolache into a klobasnek (sausage kolache). We are so grateful that they did, because now we have expanded the klobasnek into a number of meat filled kolache such as the sausage and kraut, Big Poppa and the Hot Chubbie with cheese kolache.

Our bakery counter is filled to the brim with a total number of 35 kolache types to choose from. They range from the simple, yet delectable, cherry to cream cheese and the traditional poppy seed. We even recently added a Nutella kolache’. Our culinary team is always in a creative mood, so you will have something new to try with every visit!

Rounding out the bakery case are tempting cookies, cupcakes, pies, buchtas, turnovers and muffins. Don’t forget to take a loaf of our bread home. We offer a dozen varieties of that, too!
